The Bridgework Project
Systems were never built for you. Let’s stop pretending they were.
You’ve held it together for so long.
You’ve worn the mask, carried the load, outperformed expectations.
You’ve learned how to make things work. But it’s costing you.
And lately… it’s not working anymore.
You’re not lazy, broken, or wrong.
You’re likely:
Neurodivergent (possibly late-diagnosed or still figuring it out)
High-capacity, high-masking, running on fumes
A parent, partner, or professional — with no space to just be
Exhausted from pretending you don’t need what you do
Desperate for change, but allergic to “blow up your life” advice
Bridgework exists for people like you.
The ones who’ve made it this far through brilliance, grit, and adaptation.
The ones who want to move forward differently, not just survive, but actually feel like themselves again.
What is Bridgework?
Bridgework is a coaching and workshop practice that helps late-in-life or high-masking neurodivergent adults shift from survival-mode to self-trust.
It’s not about tearing your life down.
It’s about learning how to size your growth for your actual capacity and building from there.
It’s where systemic clarity meets nervous system care.
Where we untangle what’s yours from what is required.
And where you practice moving from survival patterns into authentic choice.

Why I Built This
Hi, I’m Heather, Founder of The Bridgework Project.
I spent two decades thriving in a world that quietly broke me. On paper, I was successful. In practice, I was exhausted, performing at the cost of my well-being.
When I finally named my neurodivergence and understood what that meant for me and my life and my history, everything clicked.
I'm not here to fix you. I’m here to help you uncover what you already know.
I am a crow. A dragon. A collector of truths, misalignments, and disparate understandings across many disciplines. A sculptor of systems using found experiences.
For 20 years, I worked in tech, always between disciplines, connecting people, bridging gaps no one else saw, but everyone felt the pain of. I excelled in many areas, but I always found the most powerful to be the slow, squishy, people centered layers.
As a coach, I am here to help you name misalignments, realize your own wants, and support you as you remember who you always were.
As a writer, I am here to be vulnerable, silly, honest, and maybe even occasionally profound.
